points for originality.

I lol'd the instant I saw that it was a claymation, but was turned off by it being kinda poor quality. I'm not saying I was expecting this to be as good as wallace and grommit, but it still felt a bit lacking, and could've used a few more special effects added in on your computer. Beyond that, I liked it, It wasn't what I expected, but good nevertheless.
PS - in the scene where one of the marines grabs the energy sword, I can see your TV in the back syncing up with the animation. fail.

it was a bit rushed as I had to do it on a deadline.
and the qulity was the reason why this flash was so delayed. i had to compress it massively to fit it on ng!.

[A Robo Western]

excellent animation, but a few issues with plot

The robot who gave the sheriff the nuclear bomb gun in the first place, why did he still get his ass kicked?
And what was it that caused one eye to lose his first eye? clearly not a VERY pressing issue, but still curious.

I'd also like to say that I rofl'd at the scene where nuts and bolts were chilling out in the bar and some woman robot takes off her bra. The reaction was grade A hilarious

Top notch animation, and i LOVED the little intro to the dream, but I have just one question - what game was that you were playing in the beggining? it looked pretty cool and I wanna learn more about it.

You know I'm always afraid people will hate the live intro. I didn't want to scrap it though because I wanted that connection between the real me and my retro counterpart. I sent a reply to your PM as well, the game is Bionic Commando on NES.

Blew my mind. Love freerunning, love stickfigures, HATED the music. I would've given this a nine, but the obnoxious techno in the background just got dry and stale quickly. And this is coming from someone who enjoys that genre of music. For the sequel that we ALL hope you're gonna make, PLEASE go for a better soundtrack. Beyond that, though, mind blowin anim.

first of many i hope...

great job. High quality story, nice music, and although I found the graphics a bit lacking, I'm sure it was a mere matter of deadline. This thing COULD go far, as it leaves MANY parts yet to be explained. The plot could actually get pretty deep pretty fast if you give it a couple more episodes. I'm willing to bet ppl would love you for it.

could do with some work...

Overall pretty nice. Liked the art style, and the animation was good quality, but the whole thing was a little rough around the edges. I liked that you didn't try to make the whole thing funny, and actually made room for a good element of plot. Very nice, but it still feels like it's missing SOMETHING. just don't know what.

P.S. for some reason, this reminds me alot of some old french show i used to watch called Code Lyoko. Prob'ly not worth metioning, but w/e.

I stared at the screen and said "awwww" when I saw him just go back to the baseball game and then realized - HEY! The joke is in the credits! While the credit joke was hilarious, It could've been presented better, hence the two star penalty.
